We have numerous opportunities for an experienced Anesthesiologist with highly competitive pay rates in Texas. Position Details:
Ongoing
CV/TEE proficient preferred - 150 CABGS, some valves
4 docs day, 1:4 med direction - occasionally bump up
1 on PTO, 1 post call - beeper call, 30 min (for a locums they will work post call ideally)
CRNA's cover epidurals, doctors come in for C-sections and other OR cases - 30% chance call back usually there late (10 pm) but usually home afterward
1 MD on call every night and weekends, beeper call with a CRNA in house for OB and 2 on beeper for CV and general
Great if locums can do blocks and cv but not required. New hire needs to do blocks and CV
4 POS are at an ASC doing pain & eyes & endo - just doing anesthesia
Case Volume: 15,543 cases annually, 2100 are OB, ~150 CV cases
