Additional Facility Information



  • Facility Name: CPG Cardiology

  • Schedule Days: Clinic / Hospital Monday-Friday and one weekend a month

  • Number of patients seen per day in clinic: Locum will not be providing services in the clinic

  • Call Night/Weekend: 1-2 call nights per week 4 pm - 8 am, Weekend call 4 pm Friday-8 am Monday

  • Support Staff Availability: M-F 8-4 at least 3 PAs, Weekend 1 PA

  • Age of patients: Mostly over the age of 17

  • Inpatient/Outpatient: Inpatient

  • Type of Charting/EMR: Epic

  • Board Certification or Eligibility: Board Certified

  • Fellowship Required: Yes

  • Reason For Need: Loss of a physician
