  • Employed position (W-2)

  • 465-bed Level II Trauma Center 

  • 42-bed open ICU (SICU, CVICU, CCU, NCCU)

  • Day shifts only, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • 2 weeks ICU coverage/month

  • 12-hour ICU shifts compensated at $2,000 per shift

  • Production incentive for wRVU production above 450 wRVUs/month

  • 2 Pulmonary Intensivists in-house, 7AM-7PM, Mon-Fri

  • 1 Pulmonary Intensivist in-house 7AM-7PM, Sat-Sun

  • 1 week outpatient pulmonary clinic coverage/month (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, weekdays only)

  • 8-hour clinic shift compensated at $1,360 per shift

  • Model allows 10-12 days off per month

  • Annual base compensation is approximately $417,600 (based on 14 ICU shifts and 5 clinic shifts/month)

  • Competitive compensation package includes $20,000 sign-on bonus, relocation package, full benefits and malpractice coverage

  • 90 miles north of Fresno, 90 miles east of San Francisco, 65 miles south of Sacramento
