BC Pulmonary CC or BE within 3 years of residency - Required
NE License - Required (can accept licensed or IMLC candidates. State IMLC at name clear)
Fellowship in Pulm and CC - Required per client for credentialing. Need to clarify at name clear.
AVAILABILITY AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR - REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS, DEA - Required
Clean Malpractice and Background - HIGHLY PREFERRED
Local, No Flights - HIGHLY PREFERRED
