Shift Description: Full Time, Day Shift, M-F, 7a-3:30p or 7:30a-4:30p)
Weekend Requirements: Call possible after provider has worked for a few weeks
On Call Requirements: Call possible after provider has worked for a few weeks
MANDATED Job Requirements: AANA - Required
BLS, ACLS & PALS - Required
Adult & Peds experience - Required
IA License at time of submission - Required
Experience - Highly Preferred (will consider new grads)
*May consider multiple providers who can only cover 2 weeks per month but full time preferred
Certification Requirements: AANA, ACLS, BLS, PALS
License Requirements: Iowa
