Must have a Washington license

Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital: 7am-3:30pm - approximate depending on schedule
Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital: Monday-Friday
Number of patients seen per day in clinic: No clinic
No phone consults
What are the days for Call: Rotation
Call starts 7p - 7a
Provider needs to do blocks - at a minimum: interscalene, supraclavicular, popiteal, and adductor canal
Support staff is available: OR staff
Age of patients: Newborn to adults
Inpatient only
Type of Charting /EMR: Paragon
Board Certified or Board Eligible: NBCRNA required
Travel and Lodging included
Schedule to be filled: Next 6 weeks
