February 20th, 2022 - Full Time, Ongoing
NBCRNA & Virginia License - Required
CRNAs at hospital
16 working daily; 1 on w/e
OB is off post call, OR beeper works the next day but is first out
Monday - Friday, w/e call; night call possibly 4 days per week
Shifts: 8's, 10's, 12's 16's, 24's in OB - busy practice, preference is waterfall roll out, not a specific out time for providers
*With hospital + ASC total = 11MDs, 31 CRNAS
ASC - preference is to have staff able to float between ASC and hospital but some of the incumbent CRNAs were hired only for the ASC and we will keep that in place.
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing - approx. 90-day timeline. Temps possible if absolutely necessary ~ 2 weeks
