Hospital-employed group desires to add BC/BE Emergency physicians for increasing volumes. New building, 78 private beds with state of the art equipment and dedicated Radiology Department. Servicing a 490 bed Medical Center. One of the busiest ED's in North Carolina.
Adult ED volume is 130,000 plus with high acuity and 28% admitted patients annually. Over 100 hours of physician coverage daily; 50 hour mid-level coverage. Robust hospitalist service, interventional cardiology 24/7, surgeons on-call for Trauma, hospital-employed Neurosurgery, separate Pediatric ED, Chest Pain accredited, EMS is hospital owned and managed.
Best in class comp structure starting at $200/hr base. Generous benefits package, including health, dental, retirement plans and long term disability. CME time and CME stipend each year.  A little over an hour south of Raleigh.
