• Hours:40 hrs: Mon., Wed., Fri. 9am - 5pm Tues., Thurs. 9am - 7pm Sat. 8am - 4pm

  - $240,000 - $250,000; Based On Experience

  DETAILS:
  - Based at our corporate office, travel to other locations is required
  - Facilitates, coordinates, directs, and manages all medical provider coverage
  - Monitors the professional, clinical, and administrative aspects of the appropriateness, timeliness, and quality of care provided to the patients
  - Understands and is able to articulate the concepts of an interdisciplinary team model with a focus on outcome measurements
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  - NY license REQUIRED
  - DEA License REQUIRED
  - 5 years of recent experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in an ambulatory care setting REQUIRED
  - FQHC experience REQUIRED
