  • Responsibility for Monitoring/Supervising Paramedics/Ambulance by Radio: No

  • EMS Calls ED to Offer Report on Incoming Patients: Yes

  • Ambulance Unit Location: Across the road from the hospital

  • Transfers Destination: Sparrow Lansing, 19 miles away

  • Air Ambulance Response Time: LifeNet with rapid response for air transport (infrequently needed)

  • APP Autonomy: No, supervising physician present during assignment
