We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine physician for a locum tenens position near Trout Creek, MI. This role requires immediate availability and is set to continue on an ongoing basis. Position Highlights:



  • Coverage Type:

    • Scheduled Clinical Hours Only



  • Practice Setting:

    • Outpatient



  • EMR System:

    • Athena & Meditech



  • Schedule:

    • August 14: Onsite Orientation, 8am-2pm

    • August 15-18: 8am-8pm

    • October 1-6: 8am-8pm



  • Days per Week:

    • 7 days a week



  • Patients Per Shift:

    • Average of 30



  • Allowed Holidays:

    • 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Christmas Day, Labor Day




Practice Details:



  • Board Certification:

    • Must be board certified in Emergency Medicine



  • License Requirement:

    • Licensed in MI



  • Credentialing Timeframe:

    • Approximately 30 days



  • Temporary Privileges:

    • Available if needed



  • Support Staff:

    • ED Physicians and ED RNs



  • Inpatient/Outpatient:

    • Both settings



  • Charting/EMR:

    • Meditech

    • Average of 3 per shift

Required Qualifications:



  • ABLS: Not required

  • ACLS: Not required
