Family Practice physician needed to join hospital employed group in between Fort Wayne, Indiana and Chicago, Illinois. You have the option of doing Ob. The practice call schedule is 1 in 5. The hospital has 72 beds and has a 14 bed ICU. This is an employed position by the hospital. They will offer a competitive salary plus incentive bonuses, sign on bonus and school loan assistance.
