-Work in a hospital employed 8 provider group (2 General Surgeons, 2 OB/GYNs, 2 NPs, 2 Family Practice)
- Schedule:
    - 3 days in nearby family practice clinic
    - 1 twenty-four hr Hospital call shift (will come in only if high quantity of admissions) 
-There is a 1:5 weekend call 
-12-15 avg. patients/day
-$200,000 salary with incentive bonus
