Sub acute and long term acute care facilities in greater Chicago, Illinois area is looking for a Family Practice physician. You will work a Monday schedule/8am to 5pm. You will join 2 other physicians. The call is 1 in 3 or 1 in 4. You will take call from home, but may have to be called in. Call is on weeknights and weekends. You will have to do some traveling between facilities. The base salary is $140,000 plus bonuses and full benefit package. Your expected compensation is around $300,000.
