Will work 4 days a week/8am-5pm. The call schedule is 1 in 7. You will do inpatient and outpatient work. The hospital has less then a 100 beds. You can do ob if you want, but it is not required. The payer mix includes: Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Medicaid and Medicare. The population is 11,000. The community has public and private school systems, plus colleges. The housing costs are average. This community is located only about an hour and 15 minutes from Lake Michigan and an hour from Grand Rapids. There are many lakes in the area that are great for swimming, fishing and boating. Other popular activities in the area include: biking, hiking, horseback riding and golf. This is an employed position by the group. The starting salary for a new resident is $125,000 and goes up with experience. They also offer incentive bonuses. The bonuses vary from $23,000-$47,000. The group pays for malpractice insurance, tail insurance, health, dental, retirement, vision, long term disability, short term disability and relocation.
