Join a 6 person primary care group in Northeastern North Dakota looking for a family practice physician. You will be doing outpatient, inpatient and Emergency Medicine work. The schedule is 7:30am to 4:30pm. The call schedule is 7 to 10 days per month. You will see 20 patients per day. The inpatient census is 6 per day. The payer mix is CMS, BC/BS, Commercial, WSI and private pay. You will be doing ICU stabilization and transfer to a larger tertiary facility. There is a 1 bed ICU in the hospital. The hospital has 25 beds. They have a level 5 trauma center. The service population is 5000. The community has a low crime rate and a very low cost of living. Popular activities in the area are skiing, hockey and snowmobiling. The hospital is offering a very competitive salary between $200,000 to $250,000, which depends on your experience. They offer a sign on bonus of $5000 to $20,000. The benefits include: malpractice insurance, tail insurance, relocation expenses, PTO, health insurance, CME and a life insurance policy.
