FP needed to take over solo practice. Physician is retiring. Has 4000-5000 active patients. Outpatient work only. Phone call only. Population is 70,000. Located only 25 minutes from Dayton and 1 hour from Columbus. This is an employed position. Salary is starting at $130,000 plus incentive bonuses.
