Private group in Southern Oregon is looking to grow by adding a fourth physician to their existing practice. The group currently has 3 physicians and 2 PA's. Outpatient work only includes Monday through Friday with a 1:4 phone call schedule. Average 22 to 25 patients per day. The community has 20,000 residents and there are 100,000 people living in Douglas County. Eugene and Medford are both within 90 minutes. This is salaried position with a starting base of $130,000 plus incentive bonuses. The hospital will also provide malpractice, relocation and full benefits. The area is located right between the Cascade mountain range and the Oregon coast.
