A community health center in Northwest Vermont is seeking a Family Practice Physician to join their group of dedicated ; You will be responsible for providing direct medical services to a diverse patient ; Job details include:


-Board Certified or clear path to Board Certification

-Active Vermont medical license

-Good organizational and staff coordination skills

-Traditional practice with outpatient, inpatient and nursing home duties

-Referring patients to appropriate specialty care

-Providing clinical supervision of mid-level providers and nursing staff as needed
