4 physician and 4 PA combined primary care and urgent care practice on Kitsap Peninsula is looking to add another physician. The clinic is open 7 days a week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm. The physicians work 32 clinical hours per week. See an average of 16 to 20 patients per day. The is 100% outpatient medicine and no hospital work. The phone call is shared and is 1 in 5 for the group. They have electronic medical records. This is an employed position with a starting base salary in $160,000 range plus malpractice and full benefits. The offer buy-in to the partnership.
