• Additional Info:
  The Director will:
  - Provide direct supervision to clinical providers and their teams.
  - Work closely with the site Director of Operations as well as a multidisciplinary clinical and operations team to ensure the highest clinical quality, smooth patient flow, optimized patient access, and cost-effective utilization
  - Be responsible for managing all medical providers including staff physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants
  - Provide direct clinical care to patients through an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach
  Qualifications:
  - Experienced primary care physician (family practice or internal medicine) with at least 3 years (5 preferred) of clinical experience in primary care and demonstrated leadership skills and potential
  - Appropriate Maryland licensure and clinical certification
  - Active X license
  - Interest in and/or experience in community health settings
  - Experience working in a diverse environment
  - Excellent communication and team skills required
