Job Responsibilities:



  • Patient Care: Provide comprehensive family practice care during standard daytime hours.

  • Consistency Required: Candidates must be able to work consistently each week, with a commitment to 4-5 days per week, covering the full 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM shift.

  • Overtime Policy: Overtime is only approved if the provider exceeds the daily productivity expectations. The healthcare authority may adjust timesheets if the daily productivity expectation is not met.


Certification and Licensing Requirements:



  • Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in Family Practice

  • State Licenses: Active Washington state license required; no license assistance available

  • Certifications:

    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required

    • Basic Life Support (BLS) required

    • DEA certification required



  • Charting Experience: Proficiency with Epic EMR required
