  • Sign-On Bonus: $4000
  • Compensation: Compensation is determined based on experience, ranging from $180k-$225k.
    -Sign-on bonus determined based on experience
  • Benefits: Medical:
    -80% of monthly medical premium costs covered for single plans, 75% covered for individual plans
    -CHCB covers 80% of the Deductible costs for a single plan and 75% of the deductible costs for a family plan through a Benefit Debit Card.
    Dental:

    Vision:
    Yearly eye exam $10 deductible, lenses covered in full, $150 frame allowance. Frames or lenses subject to $25
