  • Hours:Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8 am - 8 pm, Tuesday 8 am - 6 pm, Friday 8 am - 5 pm, Saturday 8 am-2 pm (open on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month)

    - Base salary plus incentive bonus up to $4,000 per quarter

  • Additional Info:
    - The Family Physician is responsible for all aspects of well adult care, preventive care, management of chronic illness, and acute care as well as assists in quality assurance assessments and Illinois Family Planning Grant compliance.
    The Family physician will also have the duties as follows:
    - Provide well adult/preventive care and acute care
    - Management of contraception
    - Management of gynecologic problems
    - Management of chronic conditions
    - Interpretation of diagnostic tests
    - Follow-up for all patients in the adult clinic.
    Qualifications:
    - BC required
    - 1- 3 years clinic experience preferred
    - Bilingual skills (English/ Spanish) required
    - CPR required
