• Additional Info:
  - Provides primary care to patients performing a variety of direct patient services including assessment, diagnosis, implementation of treatment, evaluation, and monitoring the general patient management plan for clinic patients.
  - Promote preventative medicine.
  - Document patient visits including medical history, physician exam, diagnoses, and plan of action.
  - Review patient file records including allergies, problems, medication lists, well-child visits, immunization status.
  - Follow-up with patient progress and patient tests
  - Review and interpret test results of patients
  - Serve as supervising Physician to designated Nurse Practitioner(s) as required
  - Apply principles of the Patient-Centered Medical Home to care coordination roles
  - Other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
