    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    -Practice general primary care procedures in an outpatient setting, with a patient panel ranging in the full lifespan (birth to geriatrics)
    -Robust EHR (Epic 10-Star health system top 1% of Epic organizations)

    -All locations accredited Patient Centered Medical Home under the NCQA standards
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    -Open to experienced and new grads-accepting 2024 applicants!
    -BE/BC
    -Licensed in New York or Pennsylvania state
