• Hours:8-Hour Shifts | 40-Hours Per Week | M/TH 7:00 AM-8:00 PM; T/W/F 7:00 AM-6:00 PM; Saturday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

• Average Patients seen: 30-40% Admin / 60-70 Clinical (20-25 PPD)
• Call Schedule: Phone Call Only | 1 Week Per Month | Rotated Among All Physicians

• Compensation:
  - Market Competitive Base Salary Starting at $225,000
  - Based on Experience
  - Sign-On and Relocation Offered on a Case-by-Case Basis
  - $5,000 Retention Bonus After 1 Year; $10,000 Retention Bonus After 2 Years
  - For Those with Quality Insurance Experience, Opportunities for Leadership May Be Available
  - Bonus Incentive If Able To Provide Prenatal Care
