  • Compensation:
    Annual equivalent salary range for full-time is $237,000 - 290,000 plus signing/commitment bonus of $35,000

  • Additional Info: Winters Healthcare is on the lookout for a Medical Director to provide clinical and administrative work within our FQHC. The ideal candidate is experience as a Lead Physician, Site Medical Director, or Medical Director. Our vision is to have a Med. Director who sees the bigger picture, understands how patients are taken care of at their visits, and some who values quality, population health, and clinical quality across the board. Weekly hours will be split 40% clinical care and 60% administrative.
