  JOB DESCRIPTION:
  -Perform treatment of illnesses such as earaches, colds, sore throats, and sinus infections.
  -Management of chronic diseases such as diabetes
  -Administer physical exams for work, school, and sports
  QUALIFICATIONS:

  -Licensed in the state of OH.
