Standard family medicine clinic shifts
No procedures or call coverage
Replacing a perm provider that recently left and will likely extend coverage for several months or until perm provider is hired.
Support Staff: Full time NP and additional MD works part time Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
EMR: EPIC
Active IL License
Board Status: Board Certified, Board Eligible within the last 12 months of completing residency
Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): 1
