  - $240,000 - $250,000; Based On Experience

  - Based at our corporate office, travel to other locations is required
  - Facilitates, coordinates, directs, and manages all medical provider coverage
  - Monitors the professional, clinical, and administrative aspects of the appropriateness, timeliness, and quality of care provided to the patients.
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  - Active NYS license.
  - At least five years of recent experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in an ambulatory care setting.
  - Understands and is able to articulate the concepts of an interdisciplinary team model with a focus on outcome ;/li>
