The position requirements/information:
· Required to cover FP 3 days a week
· The locums must have ER experience and need to have a valid WA license by 1-2-2015
· Average pt load in family practice is 110 per month over the 12 days so about 9-10 a day
· Outpatient clinic and acute care hospital along with a LTC facility
· Emergency room 1 day a week and ER call 1 in 4
