• Sign-On Bonus: $20000
• Compensation:
  - Base salary plus quality, production, RVU bonuses up to $225,000
• Benefits:

  Qualifications:
  - ACLS or CPR/AED certified
  - DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance licensure for prescriptive theory
