  • Active ACLS, DEA, NRP - HIGHLY PREFERRED - MUST BE WILLING TO OBTAIN.

  • Residency Requirements/Fellowship - REQUIRED

  • Clean Malpractice/background - HIGHLY PREFERRED

  • Must be available for stint listed in job description to be considered - REQUIRED

  • Disclose if the provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity facility - REQUIRED

  • COVID VACCINATED - REQUIRED

Job Requirements:



  • The ideal candidate must be Board Certified in Family Medicine, and we are open to considering those with 0-5 years of residency completion.

  • An active MN license is required, and preference will be given to candidates with active ACLS, DEA, and NRP certifications or a willingness to obtain them.

  • Residency requirements or fellowship completion is a must, and a clean malpractice/background is highly preferred.

  • Availability for the specified stint is required, and disclosure of any previous work at CHI/Dignity facilities is necessary.

  • COVID vaccination is also a mandatory requirement.
