Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in the scenic western suburbs of Philadelphia. This opportunity provides an ideal environment for physicians who value compassionate care and comprehensive support services. The position requires 2+ years of primary care experience and is set to start in February 2025.


Key Highlights of the Position



  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (some occasional extended hours); no weekends required

  • Call Rotation: Shared call rotation, enhancing work-life balance

  • Patient Focus: Outpatient only, with no hospital rounds or nursing home visits; care provided for patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics

  • Daily Patient Volume: 15-20 patients per day, allowing for quality-focused care

  • Additional Support: Access to Accountable Care Organization (ACO) wraparound services, in-network specialist referrals, and full medical/administrative support including an on-site laboratory


Requirements



  • Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (must be within five years of eligibility if BE)

  • Licensing: Pennsylvania license (or willingness to obtain)

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of primary care employment, including experience with all age groups

  • Additional Requirements: DEA certification (or eligibility to obtain), clean malpractice history, and availability to start by February 2025

  • Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
