Will locums be responsible for supervising other health care providers? No

Describe panel of patients provider will see: (Adult %, Geriatric %, Pediatric %, OB %) 40% adult, 40% Geriatric, 20% Pediatric
BLS, DEA, PALS - Required
Estimated Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
