Bilingual preferred (Spanish speaking preferably)
Family practice- seeing patients from toddler to geriatric. Many patients seen at our clinic are patients with uncontrolled diabetes and Hypertension. Looking for a provider with good Patient communication, who will engage the patient in their own medical care decision making.
16-18 patients per day
Jan 1, 2021-March 31, 2021
Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM- with 1 hour lunch
