• Additional Info: The Primary Care Department is seeking a Full-Time Physician, BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join our busy Medicare Advantage clinics in several locations.
  Available locations: Oak Park, Oak Lawn, Elgin, Addison, Burbank, North Riverside, and Orland Park.
  The qualified physician would ideally have experience in:
  - Full risk products and coding full risk products
  - Metrics surrounding the full risk products and problem-solving skills when metrics show a decline in favorable financial and clinical outcomes
  - Working collaboratively in a team environment and taking a patient-centered approach to health care
  - Building relationships with patients centered on trust, effective communication, and dynamic guidance to help patients reach their health goals
  - Leading by example while working with their clinical and non-clinical staff
  - Working 36 + hours per week
  - Accommodating all patients throughout the day
  - Epic
