  • Call Schedule: Light | 1 Week at a Time, Every Few Months | Split Between All Providers

  • Compensation: - Salary Based on Experience: $210K to $250K Annually (40 hours/Full-Time) (36 hr clinical/4 hr admin); Prorated for Part-Time

    Retirement plan
    - ParkTree will contribute 2 percent of employee's annual salary starting after 1 year and 1000 hours of completed service

    DETAILS:
    - 4-day or 5-day scheduling available!
    - Provides comprehensive, high quality and cost-effective primary care services to a diverse population in a patient and family-centered environment
    - Functions on a rotating basis as the physician on-call during after-hours
    - Provides supervision for and signs off on Nurse Practitioner supervision and oversight of health plans
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    - CA License REQUIRED
    - DEA License REQUIRED
