Position: Family Medicine Location: Polson, MT MPLT Healthcare is looking for Physicians who Understand the Urgency, Never Give Up, and Have the Courage to Excel in the forever changing medical industry! We have numerous opportunities for an experienced Family Medicine with highly competitive pay rates in Polson, MT. Position Details:
Outpatient care, hospital rounding, ER, and take call
8:00am-5:00pm in clinic or hospital, call is from 5:00pm-8:00am
Clinic: 6+ and Average ER 2/day
Light Inpatient service mostly consisting of SSB care with occasional IP or OBS bed
This position is usually filled by their "House Officer" who covers the IP, ER, and the Acute Visits in the clinic (Very low volume)
We do get 10-20% of ER visits as kids
Credentialing can take several weeks or more with our current contracted company - also dependent upon how fast provider returns requested information to them- no on temporary privileges based on language in bylaws - still must go through the credentialing process first.
Currently using Healthland EMR system, we will be switching over to MediTech in the next few months.
May consider unlicensed candidates
Generally, there is another provider in the clinic but will be a few days where the locum will be the sole provider
