  • FT/PT
  • Hours:75% Clinical / 25% Administrative; Minimum of 16 hours per week managing other MD's, mid-levels, and the clinic
  • Independent Contractor
  • Average Patients seen: 15
  • Compensation: Based on experience
  • Additional Info: Provide leadership in delivering preventive healthcare in a safe and supportive environment, with an interest and desire to support the LGBTQIA+ community and other diverse populations served through the healthcare team at Kind Clinic.
    - Responsible for the clinical effectiveness and the quality of care provided by the health care team.
    - Work with other system medical directors and the Chief Medical Officer to help lead the clinical care of the organization, provide input to the CMO in long-range strategic planning, and assist in the Quality Performance Improvement program.
    Qualifications:
    - TX License and DEA
    - Ability to supervise NP/PAs
    - Previous experience providing services and exercising leadership in a culturally and linguistically diverse setting, with demonstrated success
    - BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Ob/GYN, Endocrinology, IM/Peds, Occupational Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or Infectious Disease
    - 5+ years of clinical experience
