    The Medical Director is:
    - Responsible and accountable for all aspects of the medical services provided by UCHC Family Practice/Internal Medicine providers
    - Part of UCHC's senior leadership
    - Responsible for the Health Care Plan, ensuring that it addresses the needs of the service area.
    - Provides overall supervision of the Family Practice/Internal Medicine Providers.
    - Works with the Quality Manager to assure the development, implementation, and continued evaluation of the Quality Improvement Plan
    - EMR: eClinicalWorks
    Qualifications:
    - 5 years as a practicing physician
    - Demonstrated supervisory and management skills
    - 3 years of previous administrative experience preferably in an ambulatory health care facility preferred
    - English/Spanish Bilingual preferred
    - Previous working experience with economically underprivileged and minority populations preferred
