Prestigious clinic has an employed full time position for a General Surgeon:

• The position is 32 scheduled hours of patient time and 8 scheduled hours of administration ; This practice is open Monday through Friday each week.


• Current call rotation is 1 in ; Call rotation is a maximum of 1in 3 (shared with a general surgery practice group). 


• For new providers, compensation for the first two years is a guarantee based on the MGMA 50^th ; After the first two years, compensation is based on provider productivity.  


• On an annual basis, there is an opportunity for Physicians to earn an additional $20,000 bonus for achieving specific quality goals.


• Compensation plan includes:
  
  
  
  • Paid medical malpractice insurance, certifications, licensure, etc.
  
  
  • Competitive insurance benefits including medical, vision, dental, disability, and life ;
  
  
  • Employer contributions to pension plan.
  
  
  • Up to $3,000 per year for CME.
  
  
  • Up to 35 days scheduled time away from the clinic, as approved, inclusive of vacation, sick time and CME.

• There are currently two providers in General Surgery (2 Physicians, 0 APCs).
