-100% Outpatient Opportunity
-Join approximately 10 other physician and midlevel providers
-Psychiatric, Pulmonary, and Social Worker support on site
-Mon-Friday 8-5:00
-Rotating Saturday coverage every tenth week
-Option to participate in evening phone call for additional pay
-Option for home visits if you like
-Geriatric experience / training a major plus
-Salary starts at $165,000 / approximately $180,000 for experienced provider
