Board Certification - Oncology AND Hematology - will consider Board Eligible
State License - HIGHLY PREFERRED. Will consider non-licensed willing to license ASAP. Takes about 12-14 weeks.
Residency Requirements/Fellowship - Medical Oncology Fellowship - Required
Other Certifications - CA DEA, BLS, ACLS - Required
Malpractice - Clean Preferred
Availability at time of name clear - Required
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
Full time starting in July/August
Schedule: 7:30AM-5:30PM with night call
