  • Join our team of 8 Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) Providers (6 physicians and 2 NPs) in Tucson, Arizona

  • We currently cover 9 facilities and are growing

  • Our Post-Acute physicians EARNED an average of 228K and SAW an average of 14 patients a day in 2014

  • Patients have fairly high acuity in these  Long Term Acute Care Hospitals, Acute Rehab Hospitals, and Skilled Nursing Facilities

  • Compensation includes: solid base salary + quarterly bonus potential + sign-on + relocation allotment
