Locums Hospitalist needed in California



  • Starting in November - on going

  • Days only

  • Permanent need as well

  • Procedures not required – major plus: central lines and intubations

  • MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH VENT MANAGEMENT

  • IM ONLY

  • Community Hospital with 200 + beds and 20 ICU beds (open ICU)

  • *Admissions distribute between 3 day docs**

  • 7AM-7PM

  • 3 Day Rounders

  • Number of night teams: 1 Night Rounder

  • 1:3 call Carry beeper every 3 days

  • Specialty Backup includes full specialty back-up accept neurosurgeon; transfer brain bleed patient out;

  • No codes (ER Physicians run codes)

  • No Rapid Response unless it is your patients

  • A++ rated malpractice with tail

  • Pre-paid travel and lodging

  • 24/7 customer support + in house travel

  • Weekly direct deposit
