Hospitalist needed to join group in the Hartford, Connecticut area. This is a swing shift. You will work 3pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday. The call schedule is 1 in 3 weeknights and weekends. You will take call from home, but will have to come home if needed. This is a 7 person group. The census is 15-20. The hospital has 150 beds. No procedures. The base salary is $160,000 and the expected compensation is $240,000. The group offers full benefits which includes: malpractice insurance, tail, life insurance, 401k, CME, health and more.
