A successful and well-established hospitalist group is expanding in northeast Florida. There are currently four physicians in the group, and they are looking to add two more. You can work 15 to 20 shifts per month with an average inpatient census of 10-20. There is a mix of short, long, and night calls. Night call triaged by Nurse Practitioners. Hospitalist night call is only 1:9 ;Short call run 8:00am-4:00pm and average about 4 admits. Long call run 8:00am-5:00pm and night calls are 5:00pm to 6:00am. There is no unassigned ER call, and the ER docs write holding orders throughout the weekend. No codes and no procedures. The group is offering a competitive base salary based on number of ;There is also an annual $15,000 Quality Metrics bonus, productivity bonus (80% after overhead), and significant ACO bonuses as ;The overall compensation will be $250,000 - $+.
