Locums Hospitalist needed in Indiana



  • Join 7 hospitalists expanding to 10+

  • ICU – Open

  • day shift – 4 (one doc carries pager for admits)

  • Number of mid-levels per day shift – 1

  • Avg. census – 16-18 patients per doctor

  • 12 hr shifts 7x7 7a-7p;7p-7a

  • Procedures required during day shift – Yes

  • Intensivist on during day shift – Yes, always on call

  • Night shift preferred- 7p - 7am

  • Rapid response & running codes required-Intensivist to consult on all patients

  • IM or FP with hospital experience and experience running codes/procedures

  • The hospitalists are not required to back up the ED

  • A++ rated malpractice  with tail

  • Pre-paid travel and lodging

  • Weekly Direct deposit

  • 24/7 in house travel and lodging
